Today is the day we have been waiting for since Ruthie Lou arrived here in Oakland. Today we find out that our prayers, good thoughts and positive energy have been heard. Her MRI is scheduled between 3-4pm and we should have results reported to us sometime this evening. During that time please set aside a quiet moment to send her your strength. She is a strong little girl, a fighter like her mama and I know that she is doing everything in her power to get healthy but there is no greater force that we can provide than to send her our strength, send her our energy and pray that God & the universe protect her little body. We do not care about statistics, miracles happen everyday and this sweet angel is a miracle and will continue to be a miracle. Thank you for all your messages so far. We check the guestbook (& text messages) often and even if we don't respond, we share your words with each other and smile as we read your thoughts. It brings us a moment of strength when we need a little boost. It helps to know you you are thinking of us and thinking of our little miss Ruthie Lou.
